Once we receive your RSVP, our wedding planner Anne-Louise Ferragamo will reach out with additional information regarding your lodging accommodations.

To make your stay as effortless and enjoyable as possible, we have reserved room blocks at four exceptional villa-hotels for May 29–31, 2027.

Each property has been thoughtfully selected for its charm, comfort, and close proximity to Relais Borgo Santo Pietro, allowing you to fully enjoy the beauty of Tuscany while remaining just minutes from our wedding celebrations.

Travel

By Air

The closest airport to our wedding venue is:

Alternative airports include:

  • Pisa International Airport (PSA)

  • Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO)

For guests flying nonstop into Rome, traveling onward by high-speed train is an excellent option. Trains connect Rome with Florence, Santa Maria, Novella and Siena, making it easy to continue your journey into the Tuscan countryside.

Please note that there will be additional travel once arrived to Italy by air. The wedding venue is approximately 58 miles from Florence airport, 75 miles from Pisa International Airport & 143 miles from Rome Fiumicino Airport.

By Train

Italy's rail network offers a comfortable, efficient, and scenic way to travel throughout the country.

Car Rental

All major international car rental companies are available at Florence, Pisa, and Rome airports.

If you plan to explore Tuscany before or after the wedding weekend, renting a car is a wonderful way to experience the region's vineyards, medieval villages, and breathtaking countryside.

Please note that the historic centers of Florence and Siena have Limited Traffic Zones (ZTLs) with restricted vehicle access. Entering these areas without authorization may result in fines, so we recommend familiarizing yourself with local driving regulations before your trip.

Private Car Service

For guests who prefer private transportation, chauffeured car services can be arranged in advance.

We will share our preferred transportation partners closer to the wedding.

Wedding Transportation

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided for all wedding events.

Guests staying at our selected villas will be transported to and from each celebration throughout the wedding weekend.

Saturday, May 29
Shuttles will transport guests to the Welcome Dinner at Relais Borgo Santo Pietro and return everyone to their accommodations at the end of the evening.

Sunday, May 30
Shuttles will transport guests from the selected villas to Abbazia di San Galgano for the wedding ceremony, continue to Relais Borgo Santo Pietro for the reception, and return guests to their accommodations following the celebration.

A detailed shuttle schedule will be shared closer to the wedding weekend.

Please note that transportation between airports, train stations, city hotels, and your accommodations is not included. Guests are kindly asked to arrange these transfers independently.
